Chen Wang, MD

Dr. Chen Wang joined Soderstrom Dermatology Center in July of 2005. She is a board certified pathologist and a board certified dermatopathologist. Dr. Wang attended Medical School at China Medical University in Shenyang, China. She served her residency in Preventative Medicine at the China Medical University in China and in Pathology at the St. Banabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. She has served as a Clinical Instructor for General Pathology in Providence, Rhode Island where she was a fellow in Gynecology and Breast Pathology/Cytology for the Women & Infants Hospital. Dr. Wang worked as the staff Pathologist at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown and Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, West Virginia for two years. And most recently, worked as a fellow in Dermatology at the Tulane Medical School in New Orleans. Dr. Wang is the Staff Pathologist for Soderstrom Dermatology Center and Peoria Ambulatory Surgery Center. She has one grown son who is attending college and she and her husband, Jun, live here in Peoria.
